PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR ADMISSION IN ARMY PUBLIC SCHOOL, JAIPUR
1. Due to the crisis of COVID-19 in the country, there is a need to avoid/minimize the personal contact of parents/guardians with the school staff and vice versa to prevent community transfer of CORONA Virus and maintain the aspect of Social Distancing.
2. Keeping in view of the above situation, the following procedure for seeking new school admission by the wards of serving soldier (Army)/ retired soldier (Army) is given below for convenience of parents/guardians:-
(a) For guidelines visit the school website www.apsjaipur.edu.in
(b)After reading the guidelines on admission, visit the website www.apsdigicamp.com and follow the steps and fill the required details/information and also upload the following documents:-
(i) Transfer Certificate (TC) of the student.
(ii) Aadhar Card
(iii) Serving-cum-Field Certificate (if posted in field)/ Serving Certificate 9 (if posted in peace)
(iv) Passport size photo of student
(c ) If parents/guardians face difficulty in filling data on www.apsdigicamp.com , they may contact Mr Vikram Singh on

(d) School will download the admission form and check the details. If all the documents are found correct, a message will be conveyed to parent/guardian to deposit the admission fees and all other relevant fees as applicable, categorywise and classwise.
(e) Admission will be confirmed, if the student meet the priority of admission and merit as per guidelines.
(f) Evaluation Test will be conducted for those students who come from the schools affiliated to other than CBSE Board and if found suitable his/her admission will be confirmed as per priority and merit.
(g) On receipt of fees as a requisite by the school, class and section will be allotted to the student.
3. No parent/guardian will approach school physically for the above said procedure.
