More Medals in Racket

This year also, our versatile badminton team made its opponents lick the dust in ‘Gyan Vihar Shuttle Hustle Inter School Tournament’ organised by Gyan Vihar School in the months of April & May 2019. After giving tough competitions to their opponents, the frisky badminton players of Army Public School, Jaipur, turned out to be victorious. Miss Anshika Gautam, Miss Ritika Kumari and Miss Riya Jhajharia got first position in (U-14Girls) where as Miss Kazal singh, Miss Anshika Gautam and Miss Nikita got first position in (U-17 Girls). In (U-17 Boys) Master Sourabh Upadhyay, Master Garvit Pratap Singh and Master Sandeep Rawat stood second. While playing ‘Mix Double’, Master Vishal and Miss Anshika Gautam in (U-14) and Master Sourabh Upadhyay and Miss Kazal singh in (U-17) grabbed first position. All our tenacious badminton players put up a spectacular display of their sportsmanship and once again they made their school feel pride by lifting the Winners Trophy, (The Rolling Trophy). In the month of August, Neerja Modi School, Jaipur organised an ‘Inter School Sports Tournaments- NMS Cup’ in which our Basketball, Table Tennis, Football and Kabaddi teams participated with unprecedented zeal and fervour. The basketball team once again became a solar emblem for success and victory by grabbing first position. The players were: Master Vinit, Master Deepesh Kumar, Master Mahipal Singh, Master Ashish Mishra, Master Divyanshu, Master Manav Shekhawat , Master Saurav, Master Anuj Kumar, Master Lakshay Pratap , Master Prashant , Master Mehul Poonia and Master Abhinav Kumar Singh.Our TT team (U-14 Boys), which is known for its swiftness and alacrity secured third position. The players were : Master Daksh Pandey, Master Chaitanya, and Master Yuvraj. The journey of victory does not end here as we have shining stars in the field of marathon also. 10 students of our School secured their positions in the marathon organised by Ryan International School, Jaipur in the month of November. Adding more jewels to the gilded crown of Army Public School, Jaipur, our students lifted overall winners trophies in (U-18 Girls) and (U-16 Girls) along with over all second runners up trophies in (U-18 Boys) and (U-12 Girls) categories. Our inveterate all- round winners Miss Reena chaudhary and Miss Ritika secured first position in (U-18 Girls) and (U-16 Girls) categories respectively while Master Ritik and Miss Ritika Kumari secured second position in (U-18 Boys) and (U-16 Girls) respectively. Miss Kazal Singh managed to get third position in (U-16 Girls). Our brawny and strenuous students were also awarded with the cash prize of Rs 7000 for their exuberant performances.
